Service of Celebration 3 Years On
15th March 2008 saw Katie's Service of Celebration at the Danbury Mission where she worshipped.

Hymns were sung and there was a wonderful, yet moving, montage of photos of Katie. Katie's Dad spoke about "Being Katie's Dad" and the transcript of this can be viewed below.
There followed the difficult task of working our way through the heaving tables of home made cakes but it was agreed those there did a pretty good job! Katie would have been proud.
Although it was an emotional day the atmopshere was one Katie would have approved of as there was much smiling and recalling of Katie memories. We are delighted to say that these wonderful memories of Katie are as strong today as they were two years ago.
